At Giovanni's Steak House, Our Executive Chef Steven Barnes has been working in the industry for over 23 years. A culinary school graduate,Chef Barnes has numerous awards and accolades spanning the course of his career. After relocating to Tennessee from Orange County New York, Chef Barnes has dreamt of opening a high end restaurant that reflects a need In his community. Our traditional steakhouse with a modern twist has become a staple, offering a unique dining experience that cannot be found anywhere else.
